My Story

Hi, I'm Matt. Over the last 3 years I have been raising money for Fight Bladder Cancer after the death of my granddad in 2016 from Bladder Cancer.

It means so much to me the amount of support for the project we have got, from friends and family.

Myself and my cousin Tom play an annual charity football match in my granddads name, we've both won it in the first two years and we can't wait to see who will take advantage!

It would mean the world to me if we could break our attendance for the event this year, it currently stands at 100 and I'm sure we can beat it! The more people come and watch, the more awareness we give which is so vitally important.

This is our 3rd year of this charity football match. Over the last 2 years we have raised around £2000 and we are looking at breaking our record this year in terms of attendance! The bragging rights are in limbo between Matt & Tom and this year will mean one of us take advantage in the score line.

Donations made on this page can act as a ticket into the match. Match information below;

Sunday 24th May 2020 @ Sutton United FC, Gander Green Lane.

Gates open at 5.30pm and the kick off is 6pm.

£5 for adults & £1 for U18s.

There will be food and drinks available to purchase in the ground before, during and after the game. There will also be a raffle and auction after the match in the bar so do please stick around!

Thanks from all of us!
